Brian T. Lee's indexed work centers on the UCSC Genome Browser database and its recurring annual updates, the infrastructure through which researchers visualize and query genomic annotations. His first-author contribution to the 2022 update of the browser's data and tooling is his most-cited lead-author work, reflecting a sustained role in maintaining and extending a widely used genomics resource. The remaining first-author entries in the record are placeholder uploads with no citations, so the substantive focus list rests on that browser update. Beyond the focus list, Lee appears as a middle author on earlier and parallel browser releases, including the 2013 extensions and updates release and the 2019 update, both of which rank among his most-cited indexed outputs. He also contributed to ENCODE data integration in the UCSC Genome Browser and to ENCODE data at the ENCODE portal, linking browser infrastructure to consortium data delivery. No software tools, datasets, grants, or patents are indexed beyond these publications. Taken together, the works trace a consistent line of inquiry: building and documenting the reference interfaces through which genomic data is stored, displayed, and reused.
